Young Talent Program

　　Position: Young Talent

　　Report to : Mentor/Project Tutor

　　Job Summary:

　　This position is targeting at high caliber undergraduate or graduate students. The total program duration is 12-18 months and the selected YT will rotate to different departments to help get the deep insight of the company business.

　　The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

　　University graduate, preferably in Marketing/Business/IT discipline

　　Fluent English in both verbal and written

　　Quick learning ability, self-discipline and highly flexible

　　Pro-active, able to work independently or in a team.

　　Pleasant personality, self-motivated and dynamic.

　　Computer proficiency.

　　Strong communication and analytical skill
